Data Description:
These data are a continuation for catalogs 1962 through 1998 published as Circular 210 by the New Mexico Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources in 2002 and for 1999 through 2004 published in New Mexico Geology, (v. 28, no. 4, pp 99–109). See Circular 210: Earthquake catalogs for New Mexico and bordering areas: 1869–1998 for more information.
Note: csv is a comma delimited text file, xls is a spreadsheet in Microsoft Excel format.
Appendix A—All magnitude > 0 earthquakes located in New Mexico and surrounding areas from 2005 through 2009. The events were separated into three groups: Socorro Seismic Anomaly (SSA) region (735 earthquakes, Tbl A1, Fig A1); Dagger Draw area in southeastern New Mexico (271 earthquakes, Tbl A2); the remainder of New Mexico and surrounding regions (RNM, 369 earthquakes, Tbl A3). Included are also Appendix figures (location maps) Figure 1 and Figure 2 in PDF format.
