Cynthia Connolly

As the Education Outreach Manager at the New Mexico Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources, I work with students, teachers, staff, and administrators, to promote NMBGMR services, information, teacher training, and K- 12 outreach. I help Mineral Museum Curator Kelsey McNamara guide groups through the Mineral Museum, provide classroom demonstrations, coordinate the yearly Rockin’ Around New Mexico Geology class, and edit the Lite Geology publication. In addition to these responsibilities, I contribute to the Bureau website, social media, and am a member of the Bureau Publications Committee.
