This "Lian Gong Quan" banknote depicting an oil refinery was produced for training of bank
tellers in Mainland China in how to count currency quickly and also to test the skills of employees.
Such notes were produced for internal use only, and some even have warnings against removal
from the banks and/or trying to pass them off as circulating currency.
