Sharp, truncational contact at base of a debris flow on a pre-Capitan Delaware basin margin
(Cutoff or Lower San Andres Fm.); similar deposits are also found in the Capitan fore-reef
facies. Clasts are dominantly fragments of bioturbated, fine-grained, slope limestones and
shaly limestones and float in a muddy matrix. Outcrop in Last Chance Canyon, Eddy Co., NM.
