An intermediate-stage rotary plate proof of the flat-plate printing used to
check for errors introduced in duplication of the master steel die during
the creation of 200-stamp printing plates. Note the circled imperfection
slated for correction and the small security hole-punching. The
central unprinted strip is a gutter between adjacent stamp panes.
