Four different perforate color trial proofs in dark green, red,
blue and yellow (the actual stamp color was brown). The
gutter pair of the green stamp shows that the printing
plates at this stage consisted of multiple stamp panes.
All copies of the yellow print that I have seen
have the drastic misperforation shown here.
