
A photographically cropped full 25-stamp pane of trial color proofs of
a 1963
Algerian stamp depicting an oil derrick (center left). This is the
common
sequence colors for most French-area trial color printings of three-color
stamps, with the fourth column repeating the first and the fifth column
showing a variety of full-color combinations. The final printed stamp
(in imperforate form) is shown below for comparison it comes close
to, but is not identical with, any of the combinations on this pane.
Note the production file number (92001) and date (11 June 1963).
