An example of a Belgian minister's proof (also known as a black proof), in this
case for a multicolored 1966 stamp (see below) noting A. Kekule, discoverer of
the benzene ring. The proof bears an embossed control seal, inscribed in Flemish
and French, "Ministry of Posts, Telegraph, and Telephone" (shown
enlarged and contrast-enhanced below).
