A full sheet of imperforate trial-color proofs of Monaco's 1972
stamp depicting a tanker spilling oil (center panel). On this
proof, the left-hand column shows single color prints and
the right-hand column shows five different three-color
combination prints. The production date of 13 May
1971 is printed in the bottom right; the stamp was
released on 27 April 1972, nearly a year later.
