One of many types of non-ABNC "specimen" overprints
on the Lake Maracaibo oil field stamps. This stamp was sent
to the Universal Postal Union which forwarded it to the Portugese
Ministry of Posts. The Ministry applied the overprint upon
receipt and sent the stamp on to its Angolan branch office
(from which this stamp was obtained).
