An ABNC index proof of the completed master die (78101) for the 15 centimos petroleum
stamp 1938 reprint (with a change of color from the earlier violet). The proof is
printed on thin paper that is glued onto card stock. The die number is printed
above the stamp and is the same as for the violet version of the stamp.
