An ABNC index proof of the completed master die (78100) for a 3 bolivares brown
petroleum stamp — the same die used for previous printing of this stamp.
The proof is printed on thin paper that is glued onto card stock. Note the 1946
date for the inception of this project, the same date as for the 5 bolivares
scarlet and olive stamp projects. Unlike those stamps, this one
apparently never was printed or released.
