An ABNC index proof of the completed master die (80089) for the 90 centimos orange
petroleum stamp. It is printed on thin paper that is glued onto card stock. The notations
at the left indicate that Arthur Vogel handled the final workover engraving and that
the master plate was approved on 21 September 1939.
