The initial ABNC work order of 22 October 1937 describing
the stamps to be produced and the
number to be printed for each denomination (those slated to feature a petroleum
design are
designated Petróleo in the last column, but in most cases they are not
the ones that ended
up with a petroleum design in the final printing). Note also the "general
remarks" at
the bottom emphasizing the "great rush" to produce these stamps.
