Subfolders contain graphs of every combination of binned input variables plotted against each other, with the linear fit between all variables superimposed, and the correlation coefficient provided.

DEMBin - binned digital elevation data
DEMStdBin - binned local standard deviation of the elevation dataset (5 pixel by 5 pixel sliding window)
SlopeBin - binned slope angle data
SlopeStdBin - binned local standard deviation of the slope angle dataset (5 pixel by 5 pixel sliding window)
CurvNegBin - binned negative slope curvature data
CurvPosBin - binned positive slope curvature data
CurveStdBin - binned local standard deviation of the slope curvature dataset (5 pixel by 5 pixel sliding window)
PRISMBin - binned precipitation data from the PRISM Climate Group at Oregon State University

NOTE: During the collinearity analysis, the Mogollon-Datil and Basin and Range provinces were combined, hence there is not a separate assessment for the Mogollon-Datil area.
