Baked sandstone on a basalt dike at "Hells Gate"
We are a research and service division of:
Ojo Caliente Sandstone of the Santa Fe Group (foreground) altered by fluids and heat along a dike (background) in the northeastern Jemez Mountains in Arroyo Palacio. This locality is informally known as Hells Gate.
