The STATEMAP Program was awarded funds starting July 1st to map eight 1:24,000 quadrangles near Truth or Consequences, Moriarty and Thoreau. Since 1993 the STATEMAP Program has mapped 248 quadrangles, covering 22 counties of New Mexico.
