Hank Yang, GIS Analyst

Chang-Heng (Hank) Yang joined the bureau last year as our new GIS analyst. Hank graduated from North Carolina State University, Raleigh, NC with an M.S. in Geospatial Information Science & Technology. He also holds an M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Duke University, Durham, NC. He is currently conducting GIS based analysis through the use of various geological data to support analysis of the impact on the water resources of the San Juan Basin, New Mexico by the use of advanced oil drilling technology (hydro fracking technology).
