I am a hydrogeologist for the Aquifer Mapping Program interested in regional-scale groundwater flow processes, groundwater-surface water interactions, and using geophysical methods to map groundwater basin geometry in regions with sparse well-control. I'm currently involved in a few projects, including developing 3D hydrogeologic maps of New Mexico aquifers using ArcGIS, and a hydrogeologic assessment of the Salt Basin in New Mexico and Texas. Additionally, we recently began working with the NM Oil and Gas Conservation Division (NM OCD) to build a 3D hydrogeologic map of the Delaware Basin, which will support regulation and permitting of oil and gas wells being drilled in the area.
