Elena Zagrai

Elena comes from a background in computer engineering at Stevens Institute of Technology, where she delved into roles involving database administration, web programming, and water data acquisition and quality control. She played a part in developing the storm surge emergency management system. Now at the Bureau, Elena seamlessly transitions to coordinating the Water Program, where she keeps track of funds, purchase orders, and various administrative responsibilities.
