Rock piles at St. Anthony mine
We are a research and service division of:
Waste rock piles of St. Anthony mine, an inactive mine in northeast Cibola County that is awaiting closure. Uranium was mined from the Jackpile Sandstone in the 1970s. The butte in the background consists of the Cretaceous Mancos Shale.
