
Timesheet Reminders Help
Staff can subscribe to an email reminder system for completing timesheets. By default, new employees will get the 'Bureau (standard)' reminder that is sent on the Friday at the end of each pay-period. All reminders will be sent at 7:00 AM. Also, note that reminder days may shift due to holidays or other factors and will be adjusted by the Business Office accordingly.
There are three options:
- Early reminder (usually sent on the Wednesday prior to the due date)
- Bureau (standard) reminder (usually sent on the Friday prior to the due date)
- NMT Due-date reminder (usually sent on the Monday after a pay-period ends)
To set these options:
- Login to the Bureau's website
- Click on the 'Edit Staff Webpage Data' link
- Click on the Contact Information 'Edit' button
- At the bottom of the form, you can check any, all, or none of the reminder subscription options.
You can adjust these options at any time, and the reminder emails will provide a link to do so.
